Gold Prices Fell


Gold prices are into a retreat this morning during the Asian hours ahead of the highly anticipated Jackson Hole symposium.
Now, the yellow metal trades at $1497.05, which is another loss of $10.44 or 0.69% from the previous close of $1507.49.
The daily range is from 1496.39 to 1507.99, while the trading volume is 59.63K.
Both the U.S. Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank will announce minutes from their latest policy meetings this week, while Fed Chair Jerome Powell will delivery a speech on Friday at Jackson Hole.
Moreover, traders and investors are also focused on the developments on the Sino-U.S. trade front.
Additionally, the U.S. extended a license for China’s Huawei to temporarily continue doing business with U.S. companies on Tuesday.
