Gold Prices Are Around The Same Levels

Gold prices are around the same levels during the Asian trading hours as most investors and traders are expecting whether Washington would proceed with higher tariffs on China imports.

Currently, the yellow metal trades at $1466.07, which is a gain of $3.08 or 0.21% from the previous close of $1462.99.

The daily range is from $1462.61 to $1466.90, while the trading volume is 64.39K.

The precious metal got a solid support overnight after White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow, reported that President Donald Trump is likely to impose the new tariffs against China by Sunday. 

Moreover, the coming Federal Reserve policy announcement is also a heavy force on the price direction. The Fed will state its decisions during December policy meeting later in the day.
