Gold Prices Slip


Gold prices dropped this morning, during the Asian hours ahead of the U.S. Federal Reserve meeting results.
Now, the precious metal trades at $1568.59, which is only a small incline of $1.44 or 0.09% from the previous close of $ 1567.15.
The daily range is from $1563.27 to 1569.91, while the trading volume is 75.444K.
The precious metal markets are focused on the U.S. central bank's monetary policy release coming later today. Most market specialists predict the Fed to stand pat on interest rates.
Moreover, higher fears about the possible economic burdens of the coronavirus outbreak across China are still in the mainstream. So far, in China the deal toll advanced to a whole 132.
