The USD Into A Static Mode

The USD was largely flat this morning, especially during the European trading hours.
Still however, the USD stands strong versus all major pairs.
The Commerce Department reported data demonstrating that U.S. housing starts in December were well above economists' estimates for 1.38 million and marked the best of the last 13 years.
Currently, the Euro versus the greenback trades at $1.1087, which is a retreat of $0.00009 0.01% from the previous close of $1.10883.
The daily range is from 1.1082 to 1.1102, while the trading volume is 36.352K.
Retail sales were also soaring and a gauge of manufacturing activity rebounded to its highest in eight months.
Moreover, the European Central Bank and the Bank of Japan are not likely to change their rates at the very beginning of the year.
However, the Bank of England is predicted to follow a policy of rate reduction in the near-term.
